Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah works as an Indian playback actress, singer and musician. The majority of her work comes involved in Tamil or Malayalam-language movies. Annayum, a Malayalam film made her Malayalam debut as an actor. Andrea Jeremiah was born in Anglo-Indian born at Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Her father works as a lawyer in the Madras High Court. Andrea is the youngest cousin of an assistant researcher in Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah, who was born in Chennai went to National Public School. He completed his studies at Women's Christian College. Andrea was an eight-year-old classical musician who was a huge geek. Young Stars, a Jackson Five group that she was a part of when she was 10, was her foundation for her singing as well as composing music. She was also a theatre artist in her college and performed in a variety of productions staged through The Madras Players and EVAM. She was President of Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea began her theatre career by appearing in Girish Karnad's Nagamandala. The actress acted in the new leo coffee commercial together with actor Shiva in 2006. She also acted as a character in Podhigai's serial. The actress has performed across India. She appeared in a small role at the end of Kanda Mudhal 2005. Gautham Menon asked Andrea to be the main character following her performance. she performed in the film Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu. Andrea portrays Kalyani in the film which is an adaptation of James Siegel's novel Derailed. Her husband is implicated in an affair with her and is blackmailed by her husband. Andrea won the role of Kalyani after Simran Shobana Tabu and others were offered the role. The film came out in early 2010, In August 2011 Venkat Prabhu released his multi-starrer Mankatha. The film was commissioned to take on a lesser supporting role. In 2013, she made her debut in Malayalam cinema by playing Rajeeev Ravi's romance movie Annayum Rasoolum.
